Les Contes de Normanville

Presented by

Les Contes de Normanville will offer a free storytelling show on Saturday, July 25 at 6:30 p.m. live on Mémoire et Racines’ Facebook page.

The trio Les Contes de Normanville was born in 2004. The story began in a country inn in the Laurentians: Le P’tit Bonheur. Jean-Sébastien Bernard, Patrick Boisclair and Thierry Goulet-Forgues met there. It was in this rustic place that they offered their first evenings of storytelling. From their legendary complicity was born the desire to form a trio of storytellers. From its inception the band was influenced by nature, humour and traditional music. Passionate about the public, the 3 companions are looking for a thousand and one ways to integrate them into the heart of their stories. Lovers of music, they perform in their shows songs and original compositions.

Visionary and daring, they push the boundaries of traditional storytelling through the use of contemporary processes. For more than 10 years, the group Les Contes de Normanville has been offering thoughtful shows in which performing arts and storytelling, past and present, laughter and dreams are intertwined! Les Contes de Normanville is a trio that, with its dynamism and vitality, will certainly make you live great emotions! Bonne Veillée!!!
